The event is free for BCI Members and £10 for non-members to attend. Those attending in person should arrive between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM to register. The event will go live online at 11:00 AM. 20 in person spaces are available on a first come first served basis. Onsite car parking is available, and tea and coffee will be provided throughout the day. There is an on-site café serving hot and cold food and snacks. Attendees may also bring their own lunch of they prefer. Lunch will also provide an opportunity for networking.

- Following lunch Gemma Buckley, Lead Sales Executive from Riskonnect will deliver a fire side chat entitled The Hidden Benefits of Business Continuity Software …. and how it can make disruption response easier and more effective IT provision for incident management.
- Jules Hunt, the event host from Humberside Fire & Rescue Service will then speak about resilience within the Fire & Rescue Service.
- Russ Paramore, Chapter Leader, will round off the day and provide the BCI update. The event will finish at 15:00 PM
