The Changing Face of the Business Continuity Professional

This paper synthesizes the discussions and output of the BCI 20/20 US Group based on their sessions at the 2016 Disaster Recovery Journal (DRJ) Fall World Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. With the US 20/20 Group planning and facilitating sessions in the conference’s Advanced Track, they provided a venue to engage with highly experienced business continuity professionals and stimulate their thinking about future practice.
