During this session, the BCI's Membership Services Manager Kirsty Morrison discusses the benefits of obtaining certification and will also clarify any misunderstandings surrounding the membership requirements. She provides guidance on how to properly submit your membership application and give helpful tips for completing it. After the presentation, there was a Q&A session to answer any additional questions.
