Presenter, Eman Deabil, will talk about the operating model pillars and how to make them more resilient taking into account the situation at hand, a simple example: covid, people adopted WFH, and some processes were automated to accommodate and to cut paper usage (transmitter of the virus), etc.

She will also touch upon the relationship between resilience and sustainability, and how both can work hand-in-hand for the purpose of optimizing resources and creating better efficiencies.
