Johnson & Johnson Global Services (GS) identified a need for site-to-site resilience capability as a supplement to its existing Business Continuity Plan (BCP). This report was prepared with Northeastern University, D´Amore McKim School of Business in Boston, US and identifies challenges that GS may encounter, and provides recommendations that it could adopt, to implement site-to-site resilience.
