Infinity Continuity is an independent organizational resilience consultancy and training practice with a core focus in emergency preparedness, business continuity and crisis management.
Established since 2013, our goal is to enable governments and businesses to achieve organizational resilience through customised solutions specific to our clients’ needs, goals and strategy.
As a BCI Licensed Training Partner, Infinity Continuity offers a wide range of introductory as well as advanced resilience courses, including the CBCI Certification Course. Infinity Continuity also provides customised business continuity and crisis management training for organizations globally and is able to undertake consultancy and audit projects when called upon.
Infinity Continuity’s belief is that every organization should have some fundamental form of resiliency, and this guides the team in providing bespoke services at fair value fees, catering to the wider community and all organization sizes.

Gary Ng MBCI, GIFireE, ACTA
Director of Preparedness & Resiliency, Infinity Continuity
Gary is the Director of Preparedness & Resiliency and founder of Infinity Continuity and has about 20 years of operational experience in crisis, emergency preparedness and business continuity management. Gary’s professional resilience career began as a Senior Civil Defence Officer before moving to key government agencies assuming various resiliency and preparedness roles (where he was concurrently engaged as “specialist exercise planner” to the Ministry of Home Affairs, in some of his past agencies) followed by a few years in the private sector in the financial and secured communications industry. Gary’s last role was in one of the “Big 4” professional services firms where his experience was tapped on as a resilience subject matter expert.
Gary has previously co-authored with the BCI in the development of the “How To” guide for programme validation and has been privileged to input his experience for community sharing.
Gary has worked with both external and internal stakeholders in agencies covering civil defence, aviation, healthcare, national manpower, finance and cybersecurity. Throughout his practitioner years, Gary has attended to multiple high profile public safety and cybersecurity incidents which has facilitated him in sharing critical considerations and reviews when engaging with stakeholders in their resiliency plans, awareness training and developing exercises. In recent years, Gary has also completed his National Service (NS) obligation where he served at the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel with the SCDF.
