Key experience across sectors including financial, utilities, nuclear and oil, retail, public sector, telecommunications, engineering and construction, mining, shipping and transport. Holds practical understanding of regulatory direction for Operational Resilience and wider regulation. Strategic thinker with a focus on developing and embedding resilience across operations, including within highly regulated sectors. Equally at home in operational and technical environments, with an in-depth experience of leading resilience within in-house, consultancy and audit roles over the past 21 years.
