The CBCI Refresher Course provides knowledge of the updated Good Practice Guidelines Edition 7.0 as well as lessons learned from international business continuity professionals as a result of global events. This course has been designed to bridge the gap between the GPG 2018 edition and the GPG Edition 7.0. 

The CBCI Refresher Course will take you through the updated Professional Practices and provide you with detailed learning outcomes that you will be able to apply to your day-to-day job directly.

This course is only for students who have passed any version of the CBCI Exam in the past. There is no CBCI Exam at the end of the course. You will receive 8 CPD points and a Certificate of Attendance from the BCI on successful completion of the course. You will receive a complimentary PDF copy of the Good Practice Guidelines Edition 7.0 to assist you with your learning. A printed copy of the GPG can be purchased additionally from the BCI Shop.

Those attending the live sessions will receive a Certificate of Attendance from the BCI within 4 weeks of completion of the course.

Those who are unable to attend the live sessions and access the learning through the recorded sessions, will have to submit a 300–500-word reflection document to highlight their takeaways from the course. This must be submitted to [email protected] within 10 days of completing the course. The Certificate of Attendance will be issued within 4 weeks of receipt and acceptance of this reflection write-up.
