■ David Bollaert has been involved in professional BCM advisory, audit and training services for over 14 years. He delivers value to clients by improving Organisational Resilience through related Risk and Business Continuity Management, Emergency Response, Crisis Management and ICT Service Continuity capabilities.
■ David has been responsible for the end-to-end implementation of BCM programmes and training courses for many organisations. He has garnered in-depth experience across various industries including Aviation, Retail, Telecommunications, Mining, Financial Services, and various Public entities including Government Agencies and Municipalities. All of which have uniquely positioned him to address organisation’s complex resilience issues and implement required solutions through analysis workshops, strategy sessions, planning, exercising and training.
■ David has an honours degree in Business Strategy and Information Systems from UCT. Professionally, he is a certified BCM practitioner admitted as a Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) in 2011 and Fellow (FBCI) in 2020, also previously awarded Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) membership.
■ David was previously shortlisted as Consultant of the year and Industry Personality of the year at separate BCI Africa awards.
