Zera Zheng is the Head of Business Resilience in Lead Logistics at Maersk. Her vast experience in building robust business resilience programs and managing disruption responses has ensured the continuity of customer supply chains, through intervention activities.
In 2020, Zera and her team created resilience programs for supply chain logistics, which were awarded the Business Continuity Institute Award. In 2021, Zera spearheaded the invention of the Maersk Supply Chain Resilience Model, a tool that facilitates customers in shoring resilience in their supply chains.
