I have worked in the a Business Continuity role for approximately 15 years in the Local Government sector but have recently taken up a post with the British Business Bank. Although still within the public sector, the organisation is financial sector focused and I would like to join with a Mentor from a Finance Business Continuity background. I am particularly interested in working with someone involved in the implementation of Operational Resilience, although not regulated the British Business Bank are implementing the principals of Operational Resilience in line with FCA guidance.
