I am an effective and confident leader, managing diverse staff and
skill sets to meet defined timelines for organizational business
continuity, project completion and pandemic response coordination. I

am proficient in developing briefings and reports for Governance
committees and have implemented policies and procedures to reflect the
changing nature of the service landscape. For example policies and
procedures and business continuity plans to better enable business
areas to maintain core functions despite experiencing a disruption.
This is evidenced by development of effective Pandemic Plans and
business continuity plans from both operational and strategic
responses as well as resource outage contingencies plans.
The
roles I have taken have allowed me to sharpen strategic thinking and
planning skills, ability to motivate teams and leadership skills and
operational/service management experience. These skills combined with
my motivation to ensure successful outcomes for business objectives
make me an ideal candidate for leadership positions within the
Corporate space. .
My diverse experience iand knowledge in
Business Continuity, Corporate Operations, Pandemic Response and

position I undertake.
