Bobbie currently leads PwC UK’s Crisis Management Team and is a specialist crisis management and crisis communications advisor to her clients helping them prepare for, respond to and recover from issues and crises. Bobbie works with international organisations to help them review their approach to crisis management, assessing their maturity and advising on developing and implementing crisis management and crisis communications programmes. Through her career she has led some of the largest and most complex crisis exercises for clients, observing and facilitating at a senior executive level. Additionally she has extensive experience of designing and delivering training and coaching for highly regulated and listed organisations. Bobbie has significant experience in helping organisations prepare for and respond to various threats including industrial action, health and safety incidents, supply chain and manufacturing issues. She has particular experience in helping her clients respond to cyber incidents including ransomware attacks and data breaches. She works comfortably across organisations from the strategic-level leadership teams to business and technical teams. She brings experience from a wide range of sectors, from healthcare and life sciences, energy and resources and financial services. Through her work in these sectors she has developed good practice approaches to crisis management and crisis communications. Prior to joining PwC, Bobbie worked in consultancy, and for an Australian energy company, leading crisis communications and issues management.
