Penny Killow is Global Business Continuity & Crisis Management
Specialist, experienced strategic and operations manager both as a
technical specialist and leader of teams. She has been an active
member of the BCI community since 2007.
Her career began in Information Technology with IT Service Desk
Management and disaster recovery, but moved into Business Continuity,
Operational Risk, Service Continuity and Resilience Management across
Manufacturing, Petro Chemical Industry, Banking and Financial Services.
Motivated by achievement and recognition, currently enjoying the
challenges of implementing Organization Resilience in collaboration
with business and shared service departments.
Penny receives personal stimulation and reward through
developing people personally and professional. She is a past chair of
the has been North Midlands BCI Forum, past-Board member of the
Women's Security Society, delivered training internally and externally
for many years and have been able to pass on some of my experience via
Mentoring within BCI and workplaces.
In her spare time she is the Chair of Governors for a local
Junior school, this year with Covid-19 has seen a collision between
professional and school management, fortuitously able to help them
through this difficult time.
