I'm currently (happily) employed as the DR specialist for a global magic circle law firm within the information and cyber security team. My previous roles have included Global Business Continuity Manager at Burberry and Assistant Business Continuity Manager at Marks and Spencer.
As well as the usual Crisis Management/ Business recovery experience, I'm particularly interested in Crisis Communications/ Media training and have worked with some fantastic trainers and top level executives in this space.
Coming from a retail background, I have experience covering all areas of retail including from design, raw material sourcing, manufacturing, logisitics, supply chain, stores and customer service and all of the back office functions which support retail.
I'm looking to start going through the FBCI process and am looking to support people just starting out in the industry. I have successfully mentored a BC professional for the last two years, and they have just secured their first promotion.
