Ms Michelle Marx CBCI

Resilience and Business Continuity Manager, Transport for London, United Kingdom,

I am an experienced resilience professional who specialises in business continuity, major incident management, policy development, and strategy. I have led and managed the co-ordination of day-to-day business continuity and resilience activities; including risk identification, planning, training, testing, exercising and assurance in the NHS and Transport for London.

I am a studying for an MSc in Security and Resilience at Imperial College London part-time and a mother of one. I am passionate about promoting mental health awareness, supporting other working mums and making the most of small to non-existent budgets.

I really enjoy raising awareness of business continuity in my organisation where I have created short videos using powerpoint, poster campaigns based on key messages and interactives games and talks. I am also keen to explore further the use of sharepoint in incident response, plan repositories and business impact analysis.

Contact me at Linkedin if you want to find out more about me or my current projects that range from improving physical security to a sharepoint based activity BIA.
