· Re-developed and implemented the present business continuity management system used within Essex Police.
· Conducted business impact analysis to identify criticality of processes to key business objectives.
· Supported training and development of police managers in the development of business continuity plans and arrangements.
· Responsible for the review and exercising of all business continuity plans.
· Liaison with senior management and key stakeholders on all business continuity issues.
· Internal lead on promotion of ISO 22301
· Chair of East Anglian Region Police Business Continuity Forum and representative on the Police National Business Continuity Forum.
