I am a risk management professional with the World Bank Treasury in Singapore, supervising Treasury’s work-programs in operational risk, business continuity and identity/access management. Before joining World Bank Treasury, I worked in the private sector for more than 10 years in Europe, Asia and the US. My expertise includes a wide range of industries (banking, telecom, BPO, oil & gas) and professional practices such as finance, marketing and IT project management. Fascinated by the concepts of resilience, technological progress and urbanization, I work, write and collaborate on topics related to the integration of the business continuity framework into disaster risk management and urban resilience. I am a Fellow Member of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) and a certified ISO 22301 Business Continuity Lead Implementer.
