A Business Resilience Consultant working at Horizonscan, focusing on Business Continuity and Organisational Resilience. I am a Associate Member of the Business Continuity Institute (AMBCI) and a qualified Lead Implementer for ISO22301:2019. I have a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Occupational Psychology and have a particular interest in employee welfare and the human aspects of a crisis. I also take on the role of the Employee representative on the Board at Horizonscan and won the CIR Business Continuity Newcomer of the year 2020.
