Jean Rowe, Amazon's Corporate Workplace Resiliency Manager, is internationally recognized as a subject matter expert in organizational resilience, security, enterprise risk, business continuity, & crisis management. She has over 20 years developing,implementing & managing strategic projects & programs in morethan 186 countries for both public and private sector organizations. Her experience includes developing and implementing the enterprise risk management and organisational resilience program for Uphold Inc. She designed and implemented world class business continuity and crisis management programs in 186 countries for the World Bank Group, the IMF, and two United Nations agencies. She also developed and implemented the business resilience program for Verisign, the world’s internet infrastructure provider. As a trusted advisor, she has in-depth experience in responding to and recovering from natural and manmade disasters (from social media to cyber security disasters). She is a published author, an engaging speaker, and served on several technical committees to shape BCP standards, leading practices, and industry benchmarking.
