Responsible for the development and implementation of Royal Mail Group’s Business Continuity Resilience strategy and provision. Driving resilience to support the overall approach to managing business continuity risks and threats by developing both a Business Continuity Management System and governance structure to meet Royal Mails meet legal & regulatory obligations; with the aim of providing a safe environment for the growth for RMG and its customers.
I am presently enrolled on and studying for the Diploma in Business Continuity Managment.
